Rather than seeing the pissing match continue, I'd like to see a serious answer to bohm's question.
It's only a FB group, for crying out loud. It's not like anyone wants to see the volunteer list shredded.
i am an inactive jw.
i havent been on this forum for a few months and have been lurking in others.
i have met a few people in real life and online, both on this forum and on others.

here's the thing,.
the whole aawa idea had noble ideas behind it, but the ship has sailed and the movement needs to go back to the drawing board.
period.
Thing is, *lost*, is that this isn't an argument anymore because AAWA is no longer engaging JWN in debate. Why can't the haters let it drop, too?

Haven't read the entire thread. Just the OP.
My response: LMAO
Just because a couple handfuls of know it alls on a message board aren't happy with an organization doesn't invalidate the organization and what it's trying to do. And before I'm accused of shilling or something, let it be known that although I'm in their FB group, I'm neither a member nor a volunteer of AAWA and don't intend to be.
my computer crashed so i am not fully informed of the recent antiwatchtower organization.
i must vent, however.
perhaps i am the only one on the face of the earth (or the entire universe) but i found cedar's opening announcement insulting.
Band on the Run,
Are you alright? You’re loved, and your views are just as important as the next man’s.

I read it while on my way out. GREAT book.
Good interview with Dr. Tavris on For Good Reason:

a friend of mine recently found out a few years back that she had an aggressive form of breast cancer.
she went to many doctors, but all of them told her she had to have a mastectomy and undergo radiation therapy.
that seemed really unappealing to her.
I thought this thread was going to be about David Tennant.
Still, good parable.
haven't seen you in forever and it's a pleasure.. .
.
I've dropped in for a few minutes. Thanks for the welcome.
It's nice to be back. Life's been crazy busy but I hope to find time to drop by more often.
I'm in a bunch of the FB groups if you ever want to find me when I'm not here though. :)
I think it's Association of Anti-Watchtower Activists but I'd have to look to be sure.
WARN kicks ass as a name for a Borg opposition group.
i guess we're persona non grata now.
take a look at what i found on facebook:.
we're firing up the grill again!
Marvin Shilmer
good afternoon jwn... .
i`ve spent the morning and part of my afternoon... getting to the bottom of... why names were added to the awaa fan page... it`s a dangerous thing to happen in our world... faders can be outed,we can lose,family,friends... the results can be an absolute disaster... .
aawa "did not" create the facebook awaa fan page.
To me the thing is, lost, that a handful of the AAWA critics are relentlessly beating the same annoying drum over and over. The point has been made. It hasn't been taken. Sorry. Too bad. Life awaits. Go live it.
